ORDER CLOSING DOCUMENTS

An assessment certificate showing the current status of dues payment and a compliance certificate stating any non-compliant issues is required when selling or refinancing a home.

These documents are typically ordered by the closing attorney, so please make sure that you are not ordering a duplicate copy. If the purchaser will be renting out the home or otherwise not living not at the property, please provide an alternate mailing address in the space provided in the request form.
